Gail Adinamis, Founder & President/CEO

Gail Adinamis is president and CEO of Clinical Resource Network, LLC.
Ms. Adinamis has nearly 30 years of comprehensive phase I-IV clinical trials experience including more than 12 years of global clinical trials management at Abbott Laboratories and Astellas Pharma US. She also established the clinical trials divisions for three national homecare companies and served as president of those wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Ms. Adinamis is currently a member of the Women’s President Organization, Drug Information Association (DIA) and The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). She is recognized as an industry thought leader and is a frequently invited speaker at industry conferences.

Michael Cline, COO

Michael Cline currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Clinical Resource Network, LLC, where he is responsible for scaling operations, implementing key processes and developing strategic supply-chain relationships.

Prior to CRN, over nearly three decades, Cline held a variety of executive positions, primarily focused in the areas of Operations, Systems Implementation, Customer Service and Technical Support in the healthcare informatics and medical device industries. He has held senior-level positions at Siemens Medical, Baxter Healthcare and Becton Dickinson where he championed the advancement of professional services as a strategic advantage in building a comprehensive product portfolio. 

Laurie Streling, CFO

Laurie Streling is the Chief Financial Officer for Clinical Resource Network, LLC, where she is responsible for all fiscal and financial management aspects of operations. Streling also offers leadership and coordination in the administrative, human resources, legal, and risk management efforts of the company.

Ms. Streling joined CRN from Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire, IL, where she was CFO of Global Business Services and responsible for providing cost transparency into the shared services organization and building a shared services finance team. Prior positions include: senior vice president of strategy, marketing & finance for the Johnsson Group, an Altran Company in Chicago, IL, as well as CFO of WAN Technologies, Inc. in St. Louis, MO, and State Finance Controller for Ameritech’s landline companies.

T Hephner, VP Business Development

T Hephner is the Vice President of Business Development at Clinical Resource Network, LLC, and is responsible for all development and sales and marketing functions for the company.

With more than 12 years of clinical research experience from a variety of service providing companies, Hephner was most recently a partner, co-founder and Executive Director of a patient-recruitment company. Prior to that position, he served as both manager and director of business development with several CROs. Hephner draws on his contract management and business development experience from the SMO, CRO and Patient Recruitment industries acquired while in such globally positioned companies as Affiliated Research Centers (now Essential Group), West Pharmaceutical Services, Parexel and Praxis.
